Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): The original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be responsible for 50% of the total appointment cost and the original deposit will also be forfeited. You will be blocked from future booking.
